About Jessica
I am a Holistic Heath Coach, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. I believe that everyone deserves to be healthy and happy. My mission is to share my gift of healing and my knowledge of nutrition and yoga with others. I work with clients to transform their lives forever by helping them fill themselves with the primary food and the nutrients that don’t come on a plate. Primary foods include spirituality, relationships, career, and exercise. I specialize in working with people who suffer from GI disorders such as IBS and IBD. My 4 year journey of healing my own digestive track after becoming deathly ill has inspired me to help others enjoy their path to perfect health.
I grew up on Block Island, a tiny island off the coast of Rhode Island. I spent my childhood playing in ponds, swimming at the beach and exploring nature trails. I graduated from Colorado College in 2011 where I studied a combination of philosophy, anthropology and psychology. After graduating, I spent a winter in the Bahamas teaching art to Haitian immigrants. The following year, I traveled around the world by air, sea, and land studying shamanism, yoga, craniosacral therapy and reflexology. I recently graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and I am pursuing a career in heath coaching and developing my turmeric tea business.
