Products Overview
Jahmu PBC currently offer 7 varieties of turmeric-ginger chai tea mix. Our original products are Caffeine Free Turmeric Chai (Jahmu,) With Caffeine Turmeric Chai, and Lightly Sweetened Turmeric Chai. Jahmu Chai is an organic blend of 1/3 turmeric, 1/3 ginger, and 8 other spices. About half the ingredients are fair trade and all of the ingredients are certified organic. We also offer Turmeric-Ginger Extract which is delicious in cold water, seltzer, lemonade, and added to tea.
Our products are sold in a variety of glass jar sizes. We also offer autoship options where you’ll get free shipping and a discounted prices. If you have any questions please contact us.
Return and Refund Policy
We guarantee satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please send it back to Jahmu PBC, 7715 Post Road #523, North Kingstown, RI, 02852 with a brief note explaining your dissatisfaction. We will refund you via the same method of your original purchase back to the same credit card (via the Stripe Payment Gateway or Amazon Pay). Shipping charges will not be refunded. We appreciate your feedback and strive to satisfy every customer.
Shipping and Handling
We use USPS with their shipping calculator in order to ship out at cost. A few hours after your order is entered into the USPS system a tracking email with the subject line “Track Your Tea” will be sent to you. Read more about shipping here.
