Shipping Costs:

We ship using USPS. We use their shipping calculator and ship out at cost with no handling fee. 

For orders weighing less than one pound you’ll have the option to chose between First Class Mail, which usually cost $4-6 depending on the wieght, and Priority Mail which begins at $8.

Delivery Time:

We ship frequently – often 4-6 per week. A few hours after USPS has scanned in your package you will receive an email titled “Track Your Tea” from ShipStation with tracking information. 

First Class Mail can take anywhere from 3-7 days depending on your distance from Rhode Island and a nearby metropolitan area. 

Priority Mail usually takes 1-2 days around New England and 2-3 days elsewhere around the country. 

We can not gaurantee delivery by a certain day. 

Customer Pickup:

If you’d like to pickup your order from our location inside the Lafayette Mill at 650 Ten Rod Rd., North Kingstown, RI, 02852. Please, enter coupon “pickup” on the cart or checkout page to remove the shipping charge. Please let us know in the “order notes” section next to the billing address when you’d like to pick up your Jahmu and we will plan accordingly and confirm with you. You must wear a mask at the Lafayette Mill.
