The following recipes use Caffeine Free Jahmu Chai or Jahmu Chai with Caffeine (instant turmeric ginger chai tea mix, unsweetened)
HOT BEVERAGES:
Dairy-Free Golden Milk (Our Favorite way to drink Jahmu Chai Tea):
4 oz hot water
2oz unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
2oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar
½ teaspoon Jahmu Chai mix
Heat water and dairy free milks on the stove. Turn off right before it comes to a boil. Stir in a spoon full of Jamu and a spoonful of sweetness. Transfer to your favorite mug. Sit in a comfortable place. Turn on your favorite guided tea meditation. Sip your tea with conscious intention and gratitude for the duration of the meditation. Have an amazing day!

Simple Jahmu Chai Tea:
8oz hot water
½ teaspoon Jahmu Chai mix
Heat water. Stir in a spoonful of Jamu. Sip with intention and enjoy!
Note: To prevent the spices from settling to the bottom, stir in between sips.
Sweet Jahmu Chai:
8oz hot water
½ teaspoon Jahmu Chai mix
1 teaspoon honey, maple syrup, agave or sugar.
Heat water. Stir in a spoonful of Jamu and the teaspoon of sweetness. Get cozy. Relax. Sip with intention and enjoy.
Note: You can eat the sweet spice sentiment at the bottom of your cup with a spoon if you want to get the most out of your Jamu.
Golden Milk
8/oz of Milk (raw milk is the best!)
1 teaspoon honey or sugar
½ teaspoon Jahmu Chai mix
Heat the milk on the stove until it becomes hot, but try not to bring it to a boil. Stir in a spoonful of Jahmu and your choice of sweetness to taste. Transfer to your favorite mug and enjoy!
Dirty Chai
6/oz Hot coffee
2oz Hot Milk, cream or dairy free milk of your choice
1-3 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon Jahmu Chai mix
Combine all ingredients, stir and enjoy!
Hot Mulled Cider
1 cup apple cider
½ teaspoon Jahmu Chai mix
Heat apple cider on the stove. Add Jahmu mix. stir and drink!
COLD BEVERAGES:
(any of the hot versions of Jahmu can be made into a cold version by cooling and adding ice)
Iced Creamy Chai aka Dairy Free Golden Milk
(blender required)
½ cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon sweetener of your choice (coconut sugar, honey, maple syrup, agave, raw sugar, dates or stevia)
½ teaspoon Jahmu Chai mix
Blend all ingredients together on high for one minute. Serve over ICE!
Iced Creamy Chai
(without a blender)
4 oz cold water
2oz unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
2oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon maple syrup or coconut sugar
½ teaspoon Jahmu Chai mix
Mix all ingredients together in a container with ice. Honey isn’t used with the cold version because it doesn’t tend to blend well unless it’s in a hot liquid. Find your favorite glass to put your beverage in, sit and enjoy!
Iced Dirty Chai
You can make Iced dirty chai by cooling hot dirty chai and adding ice or you can use a blender and follow the directions below.
½ cup cold coffee
½ cup Hot Milk, cream or dairy free milk of your choice
1-2 teaspoons sugar (or coconut sugar, honey agave, maple syrup or stevia)
½ teaspoon Jahmu Chai mix
1 cup ice
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender except the ice. You can blend the ice in to make it like a frappuccino or you can blend the ingredients without ice and pour it over ice to make it like an ice coffee.

Here is my recipe for a super easy, delicious, creamy, vegan soup which you can make with any type of squash or pumpkin:
Roast whole pumpkin or squash in the oven
Sauté some onions and garlic
Once the squash is cool take as much of the skin off as you can and put it in the blender with:
-1 can coconut milk
-some vegetable broth (to desired thickness)
-the sautéed onions and garlic -Jahmu -salt
Blend, reheat and serve!
